"Dear Subdeacon Seraphim Reynolds, I have received the incense this afternoon. I really did not expect such a speedy delivery. A surprise! When I opened the package, everything was fine and neat. There was a detailed receipt and an artistic name card (my wife likes it a lot as well) inside. I really appreciate that very much.
I tried the incense (Panagia and Porphyry) immediately when I was home. I instantly felt the wisdom of the Athonite style when I was handling the incense. It was neat, nearly uniform, and very easy to use. There was no hassle of stickiness. I put the tiny squares onto a charcoal
one by one easily. It was quite smoky but manageable, thanks to the just-right size of the beautiful squares. Each square packed a good amount of fragrance. I burned four and the whole living room was well scented. They are great! Especially the Porphyry. All in
all, I find Athonite style incense is superior to its resin counterpart.
I would like to thank you for the top-notch product, customer service, from before placing the order to after opening the package, and your sincerity throughout the dealing. It is a very impressive experience. Thanks again.
